Sure, it has "Downtown" written all over but no reason you can't change ANY lot/house.

I thought I would add....you DON'T need to change any walls, just changing the wallpaper and floors
could give you a new and more personalized look.

Give it a try, see how easy it is.
BUT! Please remember to save or backup your lot, "just in case".
I know, I've goofed, and forgot to save. ;-P
